We are a small business based in and from Bude. We love the place we live in and we love even more, welcoming guests to enjoy it too!

 Our beautiful properties are tucked away in the North Cornwall coastal town of Bude.

With it's stunning stretch of beaches, coastal and canal walks, eclectic shops and eateries, our coastal paradise really has something for everyone.

Bude's beaches are a real draw for visitors. Nestled alongside the stunning rugged coastline, you can enjoy relaxing, family summer holidays or cosy winter walks.

Bude has so much to offer to make your stay varied & cherish memories made. A bustling, seaside town, there really is something for everyone. Bude is a great location situated on the North Cornwall/North Devon border.

Whether it's outdoor adventure/experiences, Arts and Heritage, spending time with the sand in your toes and the waves in your hair, or exploring the surrounding countryside, we have it all.

Bude's Surf Life Saving Club est. 1953 was the first Club in the UK and is located on Crooklets Beach & our beaches are all RNLI Lifeguarded April - October.
